Comfy king-sized bed made for a great night’s sleep. The breakfast spread was impressive, and the staff genuinely friendly. Relaxing in the hot tub was a nice touch. But, there were issues; the ice machine was broken, and my first room was unclean and poorly maintained. I had to switch rooms, which was a hassle carrying bags up the stairs. While the second room was better, it lacked privacy because of gaps in the curtains. Relying on such variable experiences made it a mixed bag for a quick getaway. A few upgrades could make a big difference!

Clean place with lovely view of the foothills. Consistently courteous personnel from the housekeepers. Central location, welcome base for discovering Tucson. Set right by restaurants within walking distance, Tucson shopping mall and the restaurant in the good area.

The room was clean and spacious, featuring an updated design. I appreciated the little kitchen area, especially the stovetop. noise from above was quite intrusive; I could hear every step and flush from the room above me. Temperature control was adequate, with good air conditioning. The bed was comfortable, contributing to a restful sleep despite the noise issues. Breakfast was a highlight, with a variety of hot options. The staff was accommodating and friendly, enhancing the overall experience. A bit more attention to sound insulation would significantly improve comfort.

My experience at Best Western InnSuites was wonderful! The heated pool was a perfect retreat, and the complimentary breakfast was delicious. Staff went above and beyond, aiding me with my boxes and providing prompt housekeeping. Comfortable rooms and a great location make this hotel my top choice in Tucson!

Daily complimentary drinks were a delightful touch. The spacious room and thoughtful features, like wireless phone chargers, elevated the experience. dining was problematic; we faced seating issues during breakfast that drove us outdoors. Sadly, an unresponsive shower and our experience with staff at checkout marred the visit. The manager's indifference to a serious concern regarding card fraud was disappointing. key card issues plagued our stay, requiring frequent trips for replacements. The location is ideal for visiting local attractions, but these service inconsistencies warrant reconsideration for future stays.

Stayed here before, loved location and people. The hotel was located adjacent to a business office and many restaurants and shops and restaurants. Had nice dainties at Sullivan's Eatery and Creamery, located not too far from the property.

I had an amazing time here, with tons of attractions just a short stroll away like McBride's Framing Gallery less than 500 meters away, Funtasticks Family Fun Park only about 3.5 km, and delightful dining spots like Magpies Gourmet Pizza just a few steps away, making it easy to soak in the local culture and enjoy leisurely walks around the area;

This hotel is just a short drive from downtown and perfectly situated for exploring Tucson, with local gems like Tohono Chul and Children's Memorial Park only minutes away, plus lots of fantastic eateries like Magpies Gourmet Pizza and Sullivan's Eatery within walking distance; the spacious and comfy rooms with microwaves and fridges made lounging and snacking a breeze, and the pool area added a nice touch to my stay, but the cleanliness around the patio could use a bit of extra attention.
